Departing CEO Mats Årjes sells his entire shareholding in SkiStar to companies controlled by one of SkiStar's largest shareholders, Erik Paulsson's family company Backahill Utveckling AB.
SkiStar’s departing CEO Mats Årjes has announced to SkiStar AB today that he is selling his entire shareholding in SkiStar to a company controlled by one of SkiStar's largest shareholders, Erik Paulsson’s family company Backahill Utveckling AB. The transaction will be concluded indirectly and outside a trading venue through the transfer of shares into a holding company on market terms, based on a price per SkiStar share of SEK 117.
The transfer indirectly comprises 640,608 class B shares in SkiStar AB, which constitutes approximately 0.8% of the capital and 0.5% of the votes in SkiStar AB. The transfer means that the Erik Paulsson family and companies’ holding in SkiStar changes from 17,631,212 class B shares, corresponding to 22.5% of the capital and 15.9% of the votes in SkiStar, to 18,271,820 class B shares, corresponding to 23.3% of the capital and 16.4% of the votes in SkiStar. After the transfer, Mats Årjes’ holding in SkiStar will amount to 0 shares.
