Change of number of shares and votes in SkiStar
The number of shares in SkiStar AB (publ) has increased from 39,188,028 to 78,376,056 shares and the number of votes in SkiStar AB (publ) has increased from 55,604,028 to 111,208,056 votes due to execution of the 2:1 share split resolved by the annual general meeting of shareholders on 15 December 2018.
There are a total of 78,376,056 shares in SkiStar AB (publ), of which 3,648,000 class A shares and 74,728,056 class B shares, at the last trading day of the month, 31 January 2019. Class A shares entitle to ten votes each, whereas class B shares entitle to one vote each. Accordingly, there are a total of 111,208,056 votes in the company. The company’s share capital remains at SEK 19,594,014.
